BIO

I have been involved in athletics and fitness for as long as I can remember. I played baseball, football and basketball throughout high school and beyond. I enjoy running competitively and have completed three full marathons and countless 10Ks and half marathons.

After working in Manhattan for UPS for over 20 years, I changed careers and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I founded Adrenaline Fitness in 2004 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I have a strong passion for fitness and enjoy working with my clients to help them reach their goals and maintain their new lifestyles. I know that it takes working smart, discipline, consistency, and dedication.

During my training career, I have worked with kids and older people, competitive athletes, and people struggling with weight problems.

Before we begin any fitness program, regardless of the goal, I ensure that my client is moving optimally. Any deficiencies in range of motion will be corrected through the program I design. I strive to minimize risk for injury to ensure a LIFETIME of healthy exercise for each client.
